  Good coffee, but I've noticed when I go in I see this one guy or family always getting free coffee. I don't really appreciate seeing this because I feel if that's the case then it shouldn't be to just them because they go all the time and order coffee. Everyone should have to pay no matter what, unless there is some rewards points. If this could be corrected I might start coming back.

  Early shift is usually fast & excellent service. After 10am don't bother. I am sick of the employees NEVER getting my order right. I normally send it back which makes them more frustrated. My order everytime is "Medium Vanilla Bean Iced Coffee, half sugar, extra cream" it is never made properly.
  
  My neighbor I seen at my nephews basketball game was behind me in the line waiting for 10 minutes said "she found a black hair in her bagel". How gross! I don't believe I'll be visiting this Dunkin anymore. They can't seem to understand the orders. If the employees would label the cups as they should, maybe the mistakes would be common. Hopefully the employees are starting to realize people will send the order back if not made correctly. Normally I wouldn't even fuss, but it's been continuous. Would not recommend unless morning.

  Donuts are par for the course. The staff rarely seems to understand how to take an order on a computer. During the morning rush expect a wait both inside and at the drive-thru.
  Update: Exclusively employ high school students with 1.0 GPA. Can't get simple orders right. Smash food into the bag. Leave items out. Go the extra mile to make you feel like you interrupted a really important conversation about how unfair life is.
